Shipping & Return Policy
At Asian House, we aim to provide our customers with fresh and high-quality groceries delivered on time. Orders placed before the cut-off time are usually delivered the same day, while later orders are delivered the following working day. Delivery charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. We request customers to ensure someone is available at the delivery address during the agreed delivery slot, as we cannot be responsible for delays caused by missed deliveries.
Due to the perishable nature of groceries and fresh food items, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered. However, if you receive any damaged, expired, or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide your order details. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund/store credit as appropriate. Non-perishable items such as packaged goods may be eligible for return within 7 days, provided they remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Our goal is to ensure every customer is satisfied with their shopping experience.
